TIMOTHY R. FISCHER
Timothy R. Fischer was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1950. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Houston in 1975 and graduated from the Louisiana State Law School in 1978. Following law school, Tim entered the private practice of law where he has concentrated on plaintiffs’ personal injury and workers’ compensation trials for the last 35 years.
Tim is a member of the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar Associations, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Louisiana Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana courts, the United States District Courts in Louisiana, the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim is active in the Shreveport-Bossier legal community having served as Captain of Justinian, the Shreveport Bar Association’s Mardi Gras Krewe.
Tim has held an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubble for the last 10 years. An AV rating is based on evaluations by other attorneys and is awarded for the highest level of professional excellence and ethics in the practice of law.
The majority of Tim’s present practice is devoted to representing clients with severe injuries including burns, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, inter-vertebral disc injuries, amputations and injuries resulting in death. Tim gets the most satisfaction from helping his clients and their families recover from tragic workplace injuries.
MARK K. MANNO
Mark K. Manno was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1994 and graduated from Louisiana State University Law School in 1997.
Mr. Manno is a member of both the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and is licensed to practice in Texas. He is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers’ Association and is an active in its workers’ compensation section. He is also active as a volunteer judge with the local teen court program and is a member of Grace Community Methodist Church.
He represents plaintiffs in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, as well as handling criminal defense and family law matters.
